Twitterzine

THIS was composed in the box in Cheryl's twitter account.

From the zine's 'about' section:
"Nanoism is a new online publication dedicated to twitter-fiction: fiction of up to 140 characters. Shorter then traditional flash fiction, it’s both a challenge to write and quick as a blink to read. It’s the perfect art form for the bleeding edge of the internet revolution."

Too cool.

Green

Janet's "Embedded in Green" shows a floating figure inspired by Clememte's, but with layers of space.

Cheryl has something green for you, too:

tea-green rain
slants through a wet sky
and clouds huddle
above a praying mantis,
its camouflage thighs
juddering against a spear
of hunter green.

green-winged teal
paddle in circles
tantalizing the periphery,
and the pine fern lime
of the middle.

Well Connected

In Janet's "Well-connected," the figures on the right and in the middle are connected by the brown shape with holes. The gray figure is leaning into the red. What does it mean? Cheryl wants to know.I like the yellow on the bottom, Janet replies.

If Gauguin studied neural networks...

it might look like Janet's new painting, "Loops".

Women at Work

In Janet's "His Heart Blooms for Her" The left figure is connected by gray, to the half-figure on the right. She doesn't want that. She curls up and away from him.The egg-shaped white head on the bottom is another version of the twosome.
And furthermore...
for all you NaPo people working on your one-a-day, take a breather. Let's talk about Cheryl for a minute.
