Kind Words for Multiverse

Read what the AUTHOR of the book above(and 13 others) has to say about Multiverse:
"Cheryl Snell's poems are rich, integrative, witty, and beautifully composed."
We are thoroughly flattered!

Packing Light
Here's a review of a book we both recently read and enjoyed. PACKING LIGHT is an overview of the work of MARILYN KALLET,whose poem "Why I Wear My Hair Long" we posted awhile ago. Her launch is today, and we wish her the best.

Marilyn Kallet's "Why I Wear My Hair Long"
Why I Wear My Hair Long
I want to wrap it
around you
like a silk shirt
button it
slowly,
carefully,
facing you
let the fringes
tickle your hips
until we ride
strong silken horses
glued on
& my flag
unfurls
a few strands
sticking
to your
lips.
by Marilyn Kallet
This poem has been set to music by Tom Cipullo as part of a song cyle, "How to Get Heat Without Fire": Melanie Mitrano, a fabulous New York soprano, has revisited the score. Here's an audio clip. Thanks, Marilyn!
